The Swift applicator is intended to be used with the Swift® Generator. Swift® coagulates soft tissue for surface dermal conditions.
Swift should be used by trained clinicians. These include Physicians, Dermatologists, Podiatrists and Nurse Practitioners.
Swift should be used in a clinical setting including clinics or consultation offices.
The Swift microwave tissue ablation system is for microwave treatments in the fields of Podiatry and Dermatology (CE certificate GB12/86941 CE120/SGS).
Emblation document REG40 includes references to post market data (Published research and clinical evidence) supporting the use of the product for conditions within the fields of Podiatry and Dermatology.
The condition of plantar warts/ verruca plantaris is considered within the field of Podiatry. The condition of Common warts (Verruca vulgaris) is considered within the field of Dermatology.
Swift is approved for use in the UK, Europe and Canada only.
